Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

Soma Insights, operating Ask Lopamudra, respects the privacy of information you voluntarily provide through our Ayurveda and wellness services.
1. Health Data We Collect
You may provide information about your digestion, sleep, energy, stress or emotional state, skin, bowel habits, physical characteristics, symptoms, routines, wellness concerns, and wellness goals.
This information comes directly from you when you complete our Ayurveda or wellness forms.
2. How We Use It
We use this information only as reasonably necessary to provide the Ayurveda or wellness guidance you request, operate and secure the service, and troubleshoot technical issues.
3. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell consumer health data.
Information necessary to provide your requested service may be processed by service providers supporting Ask Lopamudra, including Wix, Google Cloud, Google Gemini, and email-delivery providers such as SendGrid.
We share health information only as reasonably necessary to provide or operate the service you requested or as otherwise permitted by law.
4. Retention and Security
We do not intentionally maintain permanent health or wellness profiles.
Limited submitted information may temporarily appear in operational or diagnostic systems or logs. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect this information and limit access to those who need it to provide or support the service.
5. Your Health Data Rights
Where applicable, you may request to:

Confirm whether we collect or share your consumer health data;

Access consumer health data we maintain about you;

Obtain information about third parties with whom it was shared;

Withdraw consent to future collection or sharing; or

Request deletion of your consumer health data.
To exercise these rights, email hello@asklopamudra.com with the subject “Health Data Privacy Request.”
If we decline a request, you may appeal by emailing the same address with the subject “Health Data Privacy Appeal.”
We may reasonably verify your identity before completing a privacy request.
6. Changes to This Notice
If our consumer health data practices materially change, we will update this notice before collecting or using health data for newly disclosed purposes.
