We are committed to delivering the full personalized guidance you paid for. Our guarantee ensures that if a technical failure prevents the delivery of your report, your payment will be fully refunded.
 
Refund Eligibility
 
Refunds are issued only when a technical service failure prevents the successful generation and delivery of the final astrology or Ayurveda report. We verify that the failure originated within the Soma Insights system or its critical communication links.

We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the prediction content itself.

Due to the personalized nature of our reports, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
 
How to Claim a Refund
 
To process your refund quickly, you must provide proof of the technical error.

Please send an email to hello@asklopamudra.com that includes all the following information:

1. Your full name and the payment ID (or transaction number).

2. The time and date of the purchase attempt.

3. A clear, full-page screenshot of the error message displayed on your screen (showing the service or connection failure that prevented the final report from loading).
    

Refunds will be processed once we confirm the failure originated from our Soma Insights service.
