Information is used only to provide requested astrology or wellness guidance, calculate charts, process payments, deliver reports, provide support, maintain security, prevent misuse and troubleshoot technical issues.

3. Data Retention

We do not intentionally maintain permanent astrology profiles or permanent histories of submitted questions.

Limited submitted information may temporarily appear in operational or diagnostic logs used to run, secure and troubleshoot the service. Such logs are retained according to our infrastructure provider's configured retention period, generally up to 30 days under standard settings. Payment, support and transaction records may be retained longer as reasonably necessary for business, accounting or legal purposes.

4. Service Providers

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate Ask Lopamudra, including Google Cloud, Google Gemini, astrology calculation/API providers, Wix, payment processors and email-delivery providers such as SendGrid.

These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform their services.

Some service providers may process information outside your country of residence, including in the United States, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
